The living room, dedicated to relaxation and reading, is perfect for moments of tranquility, while in winter, the fireplace adds warmth and a precious cozy atmosphere.
Bedrooms
The villa has three bedrooms, including one with a mezzanine and a double bed, all equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort and tranquility.
The infinity pool with a panoramic view offers a breathtaking setting, surrounded by greenery and equipped with two hydromassage stations for a complete relaxation experience.
A house. Its story.
The Casina was one of around twenty farmhouses belonging to the parish of Rondinaia. Likely built in the 18th century, it was initially a small dwelling consisting of one or two rooms, intended for people who paid a modest rent and lived off occasional jobs such as laborers.

It really must be said that the accommodation is very well done and has been furnished with great taste. The house is of the highest quality, and the kitchen equipment is phenomenal. Cooking here is truly enjoyable, and you learn to appreciate the advantages of a professional kitchen. One can be curious to see how the accommodation will evolve in the future, as it is already evident that at some point, there will be an outdoor kitchen. Andrea was very involved and was even personally on-site at the time of the handover. The information about the process and the dining options were excellent, and every guest should definitely plan an evening at Ca’ di Veroli, it’s worth going there for a meal. A stunning holiday home with a magnificent view. This vacation home is located above the village in Emilia Romagna, in a secluded spot, yet adjacent to beautiful trails and forests. From the house and garden, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Emilia Romagna mountains. The pictures are surpassed by the reality, both inside and outside on the luxurious grounds. Everything is of the highest quality and meticulously designed and furnished. Andrea and Martina have created a gem here, and we were lucky and honored to be the first guests. We would have loved to stay longer. They are fantastic hosts and were always available for questions and suggestions. We had a wonderful and luxurious vacation here. We would love to come back! It was amazing. Discerning guests will not be disappointed here.
Bisogna davvero dire che l’alloggio è molto riuscito ed è stato arredato con molto gusto. La casa è di altissima qualità e l’attrezzatura da cucina è fenomenale. Qui è davvero divertente cucinare e si impara ad apprezzare i vantaggi di una cucina professionale. Si può essere curiosi di vedere come si evolverà l’alloggio in futuro, perché è già evidente che ad un certo punto ci sarà una cucina all’aperto. Andrea è stato molto impegnato ed era anche personalmente sul posto al momento della consegna. Le informazioni sul processo e anche le opzioni per mangiare sono state ottime e ogni ospite dovrebbe assolutamente pianificare una serata a Ca’ di Veroli, vale la pena andare a mangiare lì. Splendida casa per le vacanze con una splendida vista. Questa casa vacanze si trova sopra il paese di Emilia Romagna in una posizione solitaria, ma adiacente a bellissimi sentieri e boschi. Dalla casa e dal giardino si gode di una splendida vista sulle montagne dell’Emilia Romagna. Le immagini sono superate dalla realtà ancora all’interno e all’esterno sul terreno di lusso. Tutto è di altissima qualità e curato nei dettagli costruito e arredato. Andrea e Martina hanno creato qui un gioiello in cui abbiamo avuto la fortuna e l’onore di essere stati i primi ospiti. Ci sarebbe piaciuto rimanere lì. I due sono padroni di casa fantastici e sono stati sempre a nostra disposizione per domande e suggerimenti. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa e lussuosa qui. Vorremmo tornare qui! È stato fantastico. Gli ospiti esigenti non rimarranno delusi qui.
